March 22, 2005 ..My first fish of the new
Salmon season. I have been fishing faithfully for about 2 months now waiting the fish to arrive and Finally !!! "This fish put up one hell of a fight it took me about 10 miutes to land her!
The entire fight was watched by a hungry seal and he had his eye on my Salmon!
I could only pray he would leave it alone.
I was finally able to get her into shore and I hung her in a tree and continued fishing, i didnt know that a mink had sniffed out my fish and was busy munching on her gills.
Ahhhh nature is at its best when you enjoy fishing like I do..........FishieOn!!!!!
Oh yeah.....she weighed in at 19 lbs
I was using my half and half lure.
