2009 fall season
COLUMBIA RIVER MAINSTEM, Buoy 10 upstream to Tongue Point.
August 1 – December 31, 2009:
Open for retention of adipose fin-clipped steelhead, and
adipose fin-clipped adult coho (> 16”).
Open for retention of adult (>24”) Chinook (fin-clipped or not)
August 1 – August 31 with a combined daily bag limit of two adult salmon or steelhead in combination, of which only one may be a Chinook.
During September 1 – December 31, retention of Chinook
is prohibited..... but the combined daily adult bag limit may include
up to three adipose fin-clipped coho.
COLUMBIA RIVER MAINSTEM, Tongue Point upstream to I-5 Bridge.
August 1 – December 31:
Open for retention of adipose fin-clipped steelhead and adipose fin-clipped coho.
Open for retention of adult Chinook and jacks (≤24”; fin-clipped or not) during August 1 – September 13
from the Tongue/Rocky Point line upstream to a line projected from the Warrior Rock Lighthouse (Ore.) through red buoy #4 to a marker on the lower end of Bachelor Island (Wash.).
The combined daily bag limit is two adults (only one of which may be a Chinook) and five jacks.

Select area recreational fisheries are open the entire year under permanent regulations.
Catch limits and other restrictions listed in the current 2009 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations pamphlet remain in effect.

They weighed in at 13.5 and 16 lbs

Mothers Day treat

After chasing this spunky 11 + lb Springer over the sand bar and up the creek Steve Theberge landed his first springer for the 2008 season
